The Aviva Premiership final between Saracens and Northampton went to extra time after the scores finished level at 14-14 in normal time. In extra time, Northampton emerged victorious, winning 24-20. Alex Waller dived over the line for a try with the final play of the game. After three minutes of replays the TMO eventually awarded Northampton the try.
