Munster announced the signing of South African winger Gerhard van den Heever during the summer but he has not yet joined up with his new side as he is still involved with Western Province in the Currie Cup.
He played in the South African side's 19-13 Currie Cup win over Griquas on Friday night and received a yellow card for what the TMO deemed to be a 'punch' on the opposition scrum-half as he was tackled.
