After making everyone take notice with their strong start to the season, Ulster hit somewhat of a wall. After collapsing completely against leaders Leinster, they followed up with a disastrous two weeks in Europe with back-to-back defeats. They got back on the win column with a scrappy 22-20 victory over Connacht, but should have been far more comfortable.

For Munster, they will be kicking themselves after they lost to Leinster after having an eight point lead in the second half. It will be a big learning curve for the young side, as they continue their project under Graham Rowntree. However, they must now startturning performances into results. Defeat to Toulouse was followed by a hard fought win over Northampton, as they continue to push for a play-off spot.

Team News

Ulster come into game without Mike Lowry, Nick Timoney and Tom O'Toole. James Hume, Robert Baloucone and Jacob Stockdale all come into the side.
