Leicester centre Tuilagi has 27 caps for England. The 26-year-old made his first appearance for England in nearly two years last March in a Six Nations game against Wales.
Solomona, a New Zealand-born rugby league convert, made his debut for England during the summer. The Sale winger came off the bench to score a winning try against Argentina.
