Leinster managed to grind out a narrow one-point victory in atrocious conditions in Cardiff on Saturday, despite having two players sent to the sin bin at various stages.
There was quite a lot of anger and ire directed at the referee throughout the game, especially when Fergus McFadden was given his third yellow card of the season after 23 minutes of the game:

It does appear that McFadden makes contact with Williams' under the shoulder line and makes an attempt to wrap his arms around even if he doesn't quite get them there. Even the commentators changed their tune from "McFadden's in trouble" to "that's a harsh call" very quickly:
Standard of refereeing in @PRO12rugby continues to blight the competition!

Even the Welsh watching though it was the wrong decision:
That's harsh on Fergus McFadden.
Pen yes. Yellow.....— Paul Williams (@thepaulwilliams) February 20, 2016
As did the neutral fans:
That tackle was good. It's still annoying me. Not even a penalty, let alone a yellow. Good hit, shoulder height. #CARvLEIN

What do you make of the decision?
