2. To become a NZ citizen you have to pledge allegiance to the Queen, here in Ireland this can be done by correctly spelling Michael O'Muircheartaigh name [editor's note: author of this piece has since had citizenship revoked] or naming three films Sean McGinley starred in.
3. Ireland has yer man from One Direction and U2 and all, the last New Zealand artists of note were Bic Runga and OMC
