Tommy O'Donnell was in cracking form for Munster and Ireland before an unfortunate dislocated hip ended his World Cup dreams. The Tipperary flanker appeared on TV3's new rugby show "Sin Bin" and was asked how his rehab was going, and what was going through his head as the injury happened.

O'Donnell's in depth detail about the noise that his hip made as he hit the ground, as well as describing where the bone was compared to his hip socket will make those of you who get queasy feel a bit squeamish.

There was some good news though, as O'Donnell has said that his scans have brought good news, and he has ditched the crutches in recent weeks. O'Donnell is aiming to be back playing rugby in the new year.
