Thanks to Patrick and Gary who both alerted us to a very amusing comment thread on the 'Johnny Sexton will never be as good as Ronan O'Gara' Facebook page.
It all kicked off on the page today with a post suggesting that you'd have to admire Ronan O'Gara's loyalty on a day when it was announced that Jonathan Sexton would be leaving Leinster for Racing Metro.
Munster supporters mostly agreed, Leinster supporters did not.
The O'Gara could have played NFL myth popped up early with a paltry $3 million suggest as the amount he could have earned. By the end of the thread it would have escalated to a higher figure.
The comments and interaction between Neil Evans and other posters is a particular highlight.
Is that Kieran O'Halloran or Brick Tamland commenting? LOUD NOISES, KIERAN.
Not sure if RONAN really deserves a whole lot of credit for not going to France just because he speaks fluent French. I'm told he also speaks fluent English.
A measly two Heineken Cups!!
He'll surely have been offered more than Peyton Manning by the end of the thread.
Might want to work on those comebacks.
No wait, he's back.
Great insult Trevor, just don't use it too often.
There are some idiots on here, Robert, but you might take the biscuit.
No, thank you, Neil.
