New Zealand proved their quality once again last Saturday by dusting off the Australian challenge with relative ease to claim another Rugby World Cup win.
And the feats of the All Blacks' achievements were honoured with gusto this week, when they were treated to a very special welcome home present at the airport in Auckland.
Wearing their high-vis vests, an assembly of airport staff gathered to perform the haka in front of the team's black jet as it was parking outside the terminal. And after witnessing the passionate rendition of the Maori war dance, the All Blacks moved on to meet the 4,000 supporters waiting to greet their heroes inside.
