While most Ireland fans will be focused on the game in Murrayfield, Ireland's hopes for a back to back Six Nations championship for the first time since 1948 and 1949 hinges on the results in Rome and Twickenham.
England host France on Saturday night in the final game of the Six Nations for 2015. Both countries have named their 23s that will be attempting to win the championship. France are still in with a mathematical chance of winning, but require losses for both Wales and Ireland before their game kicks off. England are currently the bookies favourite given their four point lead at the top going into the weekend, and the added advantage of knowing exactly what they need to win the tournament.
