Springbok head coach Alistair Coetzee has made two changes to his South Africa XV that will play Ireland in the crucial third test that will decide the series.
The two replacements he made at half time in Johannesburg - Ruan Combrinck and Warren Whiteley - come into the team as expected for the injured Duane Vermuelen, and Lwazi Mvovo. Both changes were expected, and Ireland will need to figure out how to deal with the threat of the impressive Lions duo.
One change they didn't make was to replace Frans Malherbe as their tighthead in place of Julian Redelinghuys or Coenie Oosthuizen. Malherbe has conceded a multitude of penalties in this series, and Jack McGrath dominated him at scrumtime. His inclusion in the team should be one of the keys to Ireland's victory.
There are a three of changes on the Springbok bench. Steven Kitshoff comes in for the injured Trevor Nyakane, Jaco Kriel takes Whiteley's place on the bench, and Mvovo swaps with Combrinck.
