South Africa have knocked hosts France out of the Rugby World Cup, after a thrilling 28-29 win at the Stade de France this evening, in what was unquestionably the game of the tournament so far.
The first-half was particularly breathless, with both paying some fabulous rugby and scoring three tries apiece in the opening 40.
After France's second try, from hooker Peato Mauvaka, South Africa's Cheslin Kolbe did what all good wingers do - usually in vain - and chased hard in an effort to charge down the conversion from the metronomic Thomas Ramos.
This time, however, despite the thousands of fruitless attempts from players all over the world, Kolbe was successful and managed to scupper Ramos' effort with a superb block.
In a game that ended with one point between the teams, Kolbe received huge praise for a piece of play that had a significant role in the outcome.

"It was a hard game," said South African captain Siya Kolisis.
"We knew how tough it would be with France at home and honestly I want to say well done to them for what they’ve achieved. And also to the supporters of France, they can be proud of this team.
"We really wanted it. Credit to the guys who came on they made the difference but most importantly the supporters of this team back home.
"They can’t afford to be here but the videos, the schools singing for us and sending us videos, that’s what we play for, we play for the nation.
"It’s not about us it’s about the people back home and that’s what’s driving us.”
