As Matt Cooper says, the France at this World Cup was supposed to be different to the one we've seen in the Six Nations over recent years.
The longer tournament affords their squad a prolonged period together, as opposed to the fractured time - due to the French club schedule - which they have as a group during the Six Nations.
Post Ireland's win, Matt Cooper asked Shane Jennings how the French will be feeling after the loss. Jennings responded with the same quick remark which you'll probably hear from all Irish rugby fans when posed the question.
