Two minutes in and the big Pro14 provincial derby produced an instant flashpoint as Leinster out-half Johnny Sexton took issue with an early Munster tackle in Thomond Park.
It was the 2018 World Player of the Year's first visit to Limerick in six and a half years. The game started at a ferocious pace as Sexton received an early warning after he tore the scrum-cap off Fineen Wycherley following a big hit. Jack Conan then piled in and the home crowd were immediately in full voice calling for the officials to act.

The Munster fans aren't happy, but the 'correct call' says Stephen Ferris.

Referee Frank Murphy told Sexton "the tackle is borderline, but your reaction is unfair. Fair enough?"
Stephen Ferris was on commentary for Eir Sport and felt it was a "fair call."
