We're in a peak season for Irish sport with success on the golf course, enthralling action in Croke Park and eager anticipation of the World Cup, and Sean O'Brien's clearly enjoying every part of it.
Fresh from captaining Ireland last weekend, O'Brien was speaking at the launch of the new Canterbury Leinster jersey today, and chatted to us about how he's drawn inspiration for watching Irish sports stars succeed outside of rugby.
Speaking about Shane Lowry's recent win at the Bridgestone Invitational, O'Brien said:
I know Shane from college and it was brilliant to see the way he finished off the tournament. He did show a lot of bottle and a lot of nerve on that last round and I was very happy for him.
It would give you a little kick. It's great to Irish sports people doing well regardless of the sport. It gives everyone a great sense of enjoyment. We want to switch that around now and for them to enjoy us as well.
The Tullow Tank was of course quick on the blower to Lowry, after he won the tournament.

O'Brien also mentioned the match between Galway and Tipperary, saying that while he can't single out one Irish sports star he admires most, the spectacle on Sunday was something to behold:
The hurling last weekend for instance was a massive one and was a great game to watch. It's gotten incredibly exciting and it'll be good auld final.
The Leinster lads are taking a break from the Irish camp this week before the group gets back together ahead of the Wales warm-up game on 29 August.
Meanwhile, the launch of today's jersey coincided with Canterbury beginning their search to find Leinster's biggest fan, where they're challenging supporters to prove why they are, on Canterbury’s Facebook page or by tweeting using #CommittedToLeinster. There are plenty of prizes up for grabs, such as a flight with the players' on their jet to an away game and much more.
