The beef between Scottish supporters and Virgin Media continued this weekend, after comments made following Scotland's Six Nations win over Wales on Saturday.
During the World Cup, the attitudes of Scottish players had been criticised by some of Virgin Media's punditry team, who claimed that the Scots had been talking themselves up for years but never backing it up.
Their supporters also took umbrage with quotes from a Matt Williams documentary which aired on Virgin, where the former Scotland coach spoke about his time across the water.

In the studio on Saturday, presenter Joe Molloy felt that Scotland had not earned the right yet to be complacent, as out-half Finn Russell said after Wales almost completed a miraculous 27-point come back.
Madigan spoke of the 'fragility' on show from Scotland, and jokingly quipped that they were probably contemplating a Grand Slam at half-time:
It's still their first win there in 20 odd years, but we still saw that they are fragile.
At half-time they'd be thinking we're never going to have a better chance to win a Grand Slam, they always seem to get a bit ahead of themselves.
Scottish fans took to Twitter to voice their displeasure at the implication from Virgin Media that they are an arrogant side.
Scotland Fans Call-Out Ian Madigan and Virgin
I think less of Ireland after they claimed to be the best nation ever only to be knocked out of the World Cup at the quarter finals again by a team they beat in a test series a year before. https://t.co/3aKDiTavUZ

Are the Scottish players who thought at 40 minutes into a 5 game campaign that this was their best chance to win a Grand Slam in the room with us right now?

Before last year's World Cup, Scotland winger Duhan van der Merwe said that their goal was to win the competition when asked what his side's realistic ambition was.
"I truly believe we are capable of that. There are obviously bits to work on but we are all positive and we know we can compete. We've got a pretty tough pool – Ireland and South Africa is not going to be easy – but we know we can beat them," he added.
Ahead of Ireland's clash with the Scots, fullback Blair Kinghorn was particularly bullish when he said, "It's win or go home. Everyone is pumped for it. They have been on a good run of form recently, but we'll end that on Saturday."
While Shane Horgan said he understood that Scotland needed a positive mindset, Rob Kearney was less forgiving.
"At what point do you say 'stop with the chat chaps and start to back it up'," he said. "Because they've been doing this for years now, time and time again.
"And you spare a thought for Blair Kinghorn tomorrow morning."
Given the Irish team is clearly better than us and have been for a few years, why do so many Irish pundits have such enormous chips on their shoulder about Scotland? It’s spectacularly weird.

What’s with Irish rugby pundits, hating Scotland!? 😂
Nobody in Scotland or in that team was thinking of a Grand Slam at Half Time, pathetic analysis!
