There was little doubt what the Ravenhill crowd thought as referee Sean Gallagher deliberated what level of punishment Sammy Arnold deserved for his high tackle on Christian Lealiifano.
He may be a former Ulster player, now wearing the red of Munster, but the crowd were baying for the young centre to be shown a red card.
There were just over 20 minutes left on the clock when Darren Cave crashed for Ulster's first score of the game. During the build-up to the try, Arnold had smashed the Australian out-half with a dangerous tackle.
After a couple of minutes' consideration, Gallagher decided red was the right choice.
