Leinster have been landed in a fiendishly difficult pool in the Heineken Cup, with Montpellier, Glasgow, and Exeter for company.
They have, however, made a perfect start and today might well have accounted for Glasgow's further interest in this season's competition. While a wind called Brian shook Scotstoun, it was Leinster who truly stormed Scotstoun, running in four tries to win 34-18. It was a remarkable result, given the quality of the opposition, the inclement weather, and the fact that the Blues had not won away to Glasgow in five years.
And yet, in spite of falling behind early to a piece of individual genius by Stuart Hogg, Leinster battled on, and now sit top of Pool Three with a maximum ten points from two games.
With Johnny Sexton characteristically influential, here is how the rugby world reacted to a stunning Leinster success.
Rhys Ruddock is having some season, could break the Lions stranglehold on the Ireland back-row yet

Not much if the lines of running are 👌. No need to reinvent the wheel...

Seriously impressive stuff from Leinster to get a bonus point win in Glasgow. Sexton imperious, Fardy industrious & Ruddock immense.
