We've a feeling you'll be seeing a lot more of Ren-G between now and the tournament next year.
The 2019 Rugby World Cup will take place in Japan, who have form in this regard.
Their last effort, along with South Korea, was probably worse. Here, in case you don't remember, are The Spheriks, the official mascot of the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
Naturally, people are pretty confused.
