There's a buzz about this Scotland team which hasn't been present in previous Six Nations campaigns. They have an exciting backline and their best coach in 25 years.
Ahead of kick-off, Ronan O'Gara left no doubt about this thoughts regarding this Scottish team.
ROG believes that Ireland have a better scrum and maul and if the game is refereed correctly, it will be advantage to a 'mentally stronger' Joe Schmidt side.
He also added that he hopes Ireland 'hammer' the Scots due to them being 'too mouthy' in the build-up to this week's game.
I hope Ireland hammer them today because of the way Scotland behaved during the week. I think too mouthy but they can't back it up.
We were brought up on the fact that you work hard and talk afterwards.
Scotland have talked up their chances this week, along with letting it be known that Conor Murray was again going to see the type of pressure which he did when Munster played Glasgow earlier this season.
