Reports in France tonight claim that Australian international James O'Connor suffered a heart attack on Toulon's team bus following last Sunday's win against Oyonnax.
O'Connor's teammate Mamuka Gorgodze came to his aid before the Australian was taken to hospital. Thankfully, O'Connor is fine, although there has been little further news on his condition, with French media reporting merely that he suffered a cardiac issue.
Toulon have yet to comment on O'Connor's health, but it is expected that he will be out of rugby for a considerable period of time.
Worrying news on health of @JamesOConnor832 who it seems suffered a heart attack on the @RCTofficiel bus coming home from win @OyonnaxRugby
