South Africa's Director of Rugby, Rassie Erasmus, has outdone himself after his side's 30-26 loss to France last night, with a string of sarcastic Twitter videos criticising the officials and their decisions.

The rugby watching public have become accustomed to Rassie's videos, which he has continued even after his touchline ban following his lengthy post during the 2021 Lions Tour.

However, in his latest Twitter flurry he has dropped a remarkable five videos, as well as other tweets, which sarcastically take aim at the officiating from last night's match.

Both South Africa and France received red cards, but it was Barnes' reffing of the last ten minutes which came under the most scrutiny.

Questionable forward passes, a yellow card, and a winning try which involved double-movement, are just a selection of the calls which Rassie Erasmus took aim at.

While South African fans have a right to feel aggrieved, the conduct of Erasmus is wrong, as such matters should be dealt with behind closed doors.

Fans Growing Tired Of Rassie Erasmus And His Sarcastic Posts

Naturally, many rugby fans, including Springbok supporters, took to Twitter to criticise Rassie's behaviour and his captions and posts, which you can view below.

Learning!! Those long passes just have an optical illusion attached to it, we will work hard at it!!"

Just working through the game and all the lessons we can take from it, please if you are doing the same and see some learnings that can educate us and shows the opposite please share with us!! Will keep them coming so our  understand where we are at !!"

This so clever by Fickou, the way he moves and presents himself on our side of the ruck has no influence on our speed of the ball from the ruck !! We can certainly learn from this !! Sorry"

I know guys and accept it, we really only have ourselves to blame as the French were awsome both on the field (players)and off the field (supporters)!! We just have to fix these fundamental errors like tackle technique and simple passing Sorry  we know"
