Munster fans will have been very exited to see their new signing Francis Saili make his first start for the province tonight, and they will have been beaming from ear to ear after the Kiwi bagged an impressive try in the first half of tonight's friendly against London Irish at Thomond Park.
However, that excitement soon turned to worry as Saili went down after attempting a tackle and had to have an oxygen tank brought on for assistance. After a lengthy delay, Saili left the pitch on a stretcher and while there is no word on the severity of the injury as of yet, there are fears that it could be a bad one.
Sad to see Francis Saili down and being carried off. We hope he is ok and wish him all the best #RugbyFamily

Fingers crossed it's not as serious as it looked from the attention he received.
A serious injury would be a cruel blow for Munster fans with so much buzz around his arrival, and the fact that he scored a try on his first start for the club.
We'll bring you more on this as we get it.
