Just over ten minutes into the second half between Ireland and Argentina, referee Jerome Garces had a major decision to make - and he knew it too.
Garces' attention was called to a contentious clear out tackle by Ramiro Herrera on Rory Best.
Earlier in the match, Herrera had been sin binned for a late hit on Keith Earls. A second yellow of course have meant a red card for the Pumas prop.
Garces decided that it merited just a penalty rather than a red card.
Following the referee's decision, the cameras cut immediately to Paul O'Connell in the stand. You do not need to be a lip-reading expert to understand his words - "That's a fucking disgrace".
