Paddy Jackson is one of the most likable players on the Irish rugby team. A lip-syncing sensation, his Instagram antics since he broke into the Irish squad in 2013 have endeared him to fans all over the country.
No Instagram was involved this time, but Paddy Jackson had Irish journalists laughing earlier today when he answered questions on the Irish squad preparations for the upcoming Rugby World Cup.
When asked about the environment around the out-half situation along with Ian Madigan and Jonny Sexton, Jackson revealed how he sometimes likes to build up Sexton's confidence, and other times he just takes the piss completely:
Johnny’s a legend. He’s always helping us some times I like to build his confidence up and sometimes I'll get up during the night at 3am and play soothing music into his room to let him know I'm coming for him.
So now if Jonny Sexton looks tired in the Rugby World Cup we'll know who to blame.
