There's very little we need to add here.... other than to say that I think very few women and broad minded men would dissent from Willie's view on this.

We should say that this is from a story in the Sunday Independent on one of those worldwide attractiveness polls that Irishmen do so badly in. And it turned out men from Limerick were considered the ugliest of all.

Willie, being the strong local representative that he is, decided he needed to speak up. He also took a wholly unnecessary pot-shot at Minister for Finance Michael Noonan's appearance as he was doing so.
