For the Stormers, Coach John Dobson has made significant changes to the starting pack following a disappointing 38-7 defeat to Edinburgh last weekend.
Notably, JD Schickerling shifts from tighthead lock to No. 5, allowing Adre Smith to partner him in the engine room.
Additionally, Marcel Theunissen returns to the openside flank, while Dave Ewers moves to the bench to provide additional support.
Joseph Dweba and Sti Sithole will start at hooker and openside flank, respectively, further strengthening the pack.
In the backline, Suleiman Hartzenberg replaces Angelo Davids on the right wing, while Damian Willemse continues at flyhalf with Jurie Matthee added for goal-kicking cover.
The bench also sees a boost with the return of Herschel Jantjies, a 2019 World Cup-winning scrumhalf, bringing depth and experience to the team.

Munster have arrived in South Africa with a strong squad, aiming to build on their recent performances.
They have made five changes to their starting lineup for Saturday's United Rugby Championship clash against the Stormers in Cape Town.
Shane Daly returns from injury, replacing Seán O'Brien on the left wing, while Conor Murray earns his first start of the season in place of the injured Craig Casey at scrum-half.
John Ryan, Tom Ahern, and Alex Kendellen also join the starting XV.
Additionally, the team is expecting the presence of former player CJ Stander, who is set to join them in Cape Town to commemorate the anniversary of Axel Foley's passing.
Stander, along with Peter O'Mahony, played pivotal roles during a challenging time for the team in 2016, and their leadership continues to resonate within the squad.
The players maintain a strong connection to Foley, often invoking his memory during team huddles, ensuring his legacy remains a vital part of Munster Rugby's identity.
The Stormers are looking to rebound after their recent defeat, while Munster seek to do the same after a sobering trip to Dublin last weekend.
