Munster are set to do battle with Scottish side Glasgow Warriors this weekend in the semi-finals of the United Rugby Championship as the season nears its conclusion. Here's everything you need to know about Munster v Glasgow.

Graham Rowntree's Munster side are hoping to reach a second successive URC final. After finishing top of the URC regular season table, Munster faced off against the eighth-seeded Ospreys.

Tries from Niall Scannell and Munster record-try scorer Simon Zebo alongside three Jack Crowley penalties helped the Red Army cruise to a 23-7 victory over the Welsh side.

In the case of Franco Smith's team, they will be hoping to cause an upset and book their place in the URC final for the first time since 2019. Glasgow Warriors finished the URC regular season in fourth place and they faced the DHL Stormers in their quarter-final. Second-half tries from Sebastian Cancelliere, Henco Venter, and Ross Thompson helped the Warriors get the victory with a final score of 27-10.

In their regular season match at Musgrave Park in December, a six-try Munster performance was enough to get the 40-29 win in an 11 try thriller.
