Graham Rowntree's Munster side are hoping to reach a second successive URC final. After finishing top of the URC regular season table, Munster faced off against the eighth-seeded Ospreys.

In the case of Franco Smith's team, they will be hoping to cause an upset and book their place in the URC final for the first time since 2019. Glasgow Warriors finished the URC regular season in fourth place and they faced the DHL Stormers in their quarter-final. Second-half tries from Sebastian Cancelliere, Henco Venter, and Ross Thompson helped the Warriors get the victory with a final score of 27-10.
In their regular season match at Musgrave Park in December, a six-try Munster performance was enough to get the 40-29 win in an 11 try thriller.
The winner of this match will play either the Vodacom Bulls or Leinster in the URC final, with the team with the highest seed getting home-field advantage.
