We may still be recovering from something of a hangover from Ireland's World Cup exit but now it's back to the bread and butter of the provinces. It may not be quite as exciting but at least Munster fans have some transfer activity to get excited about this week.
Having already strengthened a weakened pack with the signing of Uruguay's Mario Sagario, Anthony Foley has taken to teasing fans over the announcement of back row cover for the injured duo of Peter O'Mahony and Tommy O'Donnell.
It has kind of happened, but you won't find out until next Thursday.
According to the Independent, that was all the Munster head coach had to say about the matter. However, it is expected that the individual in question will be brought in from outside Ireland.
With the inexperienced duo of Jordan Coghlan and Dave O'Callaghan taking the 6 and 7 jerseys for Friday's loss to Scarlets, Munster fans will be intrigued to see who the province are turning to to add some international expertise to the pack.
And speaking of that loss in Wales, if you haven't seen DTH van der Merwe slicing through the Munster defence, we'd recommend you take a look now.
