Thomond Park hosts the clash of Munster and Leinster on Saturday evening and while both teams will be without several stars, there is still much to be excited about.
One player who will start is Munster back row Tommy O'Donnell. Speaking to Eir Sport ahead of the game, Jack O'Donoghue singled him out as the best trainer in their squad.
"Hands down. He is incredible. His work ethic in the gym and on the pitch, it is something to admire."
O'Donnell has been in good form so far this season, scoring tries against Edinburgh and captaining the side in South Africa. He just missed out on a World Cup spot but is clearly benefitting from his recent injury-free run.
O'Donoghue also revealed that versatile back Liam Coombes recently hit the highest speed on their GPS scores.

Munster can also call upon Joey Carbery who is set for his first appearence of the season. Ross Byrne is Leinster's starting out-half with Scott Fardy captaining the team. The game is a sell-out and live on eir Sport 1 and Premier Sport 1.
