Wales and Lions scrum-half, Mike Phillips, may have got himself in another spot of bother after allegations that he turned up drunk to a Bayonne team meeting along with teammates, Dwayne Haare and Stephen Brett.

From Guardian.co.uk:

Phillips could have his contract terminated if found guilty when he attends an internal disciplinary hearing at around the time Gatland will be naming his first Wales squad since the 2012 Six Nations. "We are speaking to Phillips and two other players [Dwayne Haare and Stephen Brett] about their behaviour the morning after we beat Grenoble on 11 October," said a Bayonne spokesman. "We will communicate the verdict afterwards." The allegations have not been confirmed.

Neither Phillips or Haare featured for Bayonne in their 26-10 loss to Wasps in the Amlin Challenge Cup on Thursday night though fly-half Brett did start the game.

According to Wales Online, Phillips is unlikely to have his contract terminated by the club.
