Michael Hooper is out of Australia's group decider with Wales on Saturday after being suspended for an aggressive ruck clear out against England last weekend (watch it here).
Late in the first half, Hooper hit Mike Brown 'without use of the arms or grasping the player'.
News of the suspension particularly riled one rugby fan who replied to the Rugby World Cup Twitter account, posting a picture of Brown angrily standing over Hooper and referring to the England fullback in some pretty negative terms.
The tweet has since been deleted, but here's what it said.
@rugbyworldcup REALLY? [Red-faced emoji] How on earth does Mike Brown get away with it?! Vile, agressive, bitter, little man...
With progression to the quarter-finals not possible for England, players now have time for other activities - such as searching for their name on Twitter.
Brown - who has had serious problems with concussion recently - took exception to the Twitter user's questioning of his behaviour.
I'd say getting shoulder chargd in2 my unprotected head from 10 metre run up is worse. Wander how ud react to that?! https://t.co/JvSKfNBcHf

I've taken an accidental shoulder to the head before with bad consequences so how am I going to react to one done on purpose?! Some people?

And I have no interest in him getting banned after & had nothing to do with it before that chat starts!

Should of been dealt with by referee & his assistant at the time both stood 2 metres away looking at it.
