The big news of the morning is that Leinster and their head coach Matt O'Connor have parted company after a disappointing season that has seen them finish outside the Pro 12 playoffs for the first time.
It's something that Leinster fans have wanted for a while, being vocal against O'Connor for a number of reasons including style of play, results and an over-reliance on internationals.
That said though, the morning's developments come as a shock, and Leinster fans were mixed in their reaction to the news.
First thing's first though, after coaching the Andorran national side, Ross O'Carroll Kelly is heading to a career advisor to get some CV tips before he meets Leinster CEO Mick Dawson:
