Leinster are back in URC action this weekend as they face off against the Emirates Lions in Johannesburg. Here’s everything you need to know about Leinster v Lions.
After a convincing 40-13 win over La Rochelle in the Investec Champions cup, last Saturday to claim their in the semi- finals, Leinster must now travel to Johannesburg in an attempt to further their lead at the top of the URC table.
The Lions have only won two of their last five games sit in eleventh place, however only one point stands between them and Ulster in 8th meaning a few positive results could see them into the URC Quarter finals with five games to go.

Leinster will play the Emirates Lions this Saturday 20th of April, in the Emirates Airline Park with the game kicking off at 2:00 pm Irish time.

Leinster issued an injury update ahead of their trip to South Africa. Luke McGrath came through the game at the weekend with no issues after his return from the Graduated Return to Play Protocols while Jimmy O’Brien along with Gary Ringrose, Charlie Ngatai and Ross Byrne await assessment this week all with hopes of playing on the weekend.
Hugo Keenan has been unavailable for selection this weekend due to a hip injury meaning he will join James Ryan, Tommy O’Brien and Alex Soroka in the stands.
