Who is the real boss in Leinster Rugby? That was the question when former England head coach Stuart Lancaster joined the team as senior coach - supposedly underneath head coach Leo Cullen.
It was framed as Cullen's idea to bring Lancaster on board - but we always wondered. Now, perhaps with BT's camera in the Leinster locker room at half time in their thrashing of Castres gives us that fly on the wall perspective that we've been looking for.
It's all Lancaster - with Cullen taking a step back.
Granted, the footage doesn't last all that long - but it is telling that Lancaster is the heated one, taking charge of the team.
It does seem like all team duties are Lancaster's responsibility whilst Cullen has moved into more of a director of rugby role.
