The first half of Ireland vs Wales saw a crazy amount of shuddering hits put in from both sides, and Keith Wood's eyes were lighting up at half-time in the BBC studio.
After Ireland made a cracking start in Cardiff's Principality Stadium under the Friday Night Lights, Wales were eager to answer an early penalty back and let their opponents know they were in a contest.
And they did.
A break down the right wing allowed George North to clatter Rob Keaney, and seemingly pissed off by that Sean O'Brien swallowing Dan Biggar whole.
A few seconds to catch our breath, and then Robbie Henshaw and CJ Stander stopped a ridiculously pacey crash ball head-on before Rob Kearney went bosh-for-bosh with a Welsh winger on the other side of the pitch, but the biggest of the lot was Henshaw, again, lowering the boom on Wales prop Rob Evans.
Frenetic stuff.
That's what Six Nations rugby is all about. You can see how badly Woody wishes he was out there too.
