Jonny Sexton's time in Paris and the Top 14 with Racing Metro will come to an end next summer. That's according to Ruaidhri O'Connor of the Irish Independent.
The out-half has reportedly come to an agreement on a four-year deal with the IRFU to return to Leinster.
Sexton was rumoured to be making circa €750k a season with Racing Metro and coach Laurent Labit said last week that the Top 14 side had offered him a new four-year deal. The Indo also say that he turned down €900k a season to be the long term successor for Jonny Wilkinson at Toulon. He will reject all that down to comeback to the side where he won three Heineken Cups.
This is great news for Joe Schmidt who will get full control of one of his most important players heading into next year's World Cup.
