When it comes to this season's Six Nations, Jeremy Guscott believes that Ireland and England should be the favourites for the championship. Though, he also thinks Scotland - just off the back of an encouraging November - will not be far behind.
Ireland's schedule in this Six Nations is one traditionally viewed as the tougher year where we must face both England and France away from home. Wales, Italy and Scotland must all travel to Dublin.
Like Scotland, Ireland also had an encouraging November. That is borne out by Guscott's 'Home Nations Autumn XV', one-third of which is made up of Ireland internationals.
The five Irish players included are: CJ Stander, Conor Murray, Johnny Sexton, Bundee Aki and Jacob Stockdale.
