It's not even a year since his Ireland debut but already James Ryan has become a vital part of Joe Schmidt's Ireland team. Still just 21, Ryan has amassed seven caps - he's yet to lose a game - since making his bow against USA last summer.
Not only does Ryan play a major role on the pitch but he also does so off it.
As the Irish players awaited the final whistle of France and England's game in Paris - the result which confirmed Ireland's status as 2018 Six Nations champions - Ryan was keeping his teammates entertained.
"James Ryan 'The Cheese' has got the tunes playing, which is always good," Dan Leavy told RTE Sport's Micil Glennon.
Ryan appears to have taken over the role from Cian Healy (a.k.a. DJ Church.) Curiously, Ryan also refers to himself as 'The Big Cheese'.
U2 was on for a bit, a bit of Daft Punk so yeah, we are enjoying ourselves.
[James]calls himself 'The Big Cheese'. He's our resident DJ. Yeah, it's weird (that he's playing old music).
I think that could be his dad's influence on him but he loves rap, he's got an eclectic mix.
We await announcement of The Big Cheese playing this year's Electric Picnic.
