On Friday, reports from France suggested that James O'Connor had suffered a heart attack on the Toulon team bus following his side's 44-13 win against Oyonnax last Sunday.
O'Connor had just played 80 minutes at full back for the Champions Cup holders.
The Aussie tweeted on Friday night that he had not suffered a heart attack. Instead, it was hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) along with fatigue which had caused his health issues. He will return to action for Toulon in two weeks following a period of rest.
No heart attack..
Hypoglycemia & game/training fatigue
All tests were very positive?

The 25-year-old was apparently treated by Georgian teammate Mamuka Gorgodze on the bus before been taken to hospital for further treatment.
Speaking to French radio, Toulon head coach Bernard Laporte elaborated a little about what had happened to O'Connor.
James O'Connor felt unwell in the bus taking the team back from the Oyonnax game (last Sunday).
The medical staff decided to take him to hospital and he underwent a considerable series of tests.
French media reported that O'Connor had suffered a heart attack.
I can reassure everyone he's fine. He will play rugby again but he will undergo further tests next week.
