Chiefs fans are going to miss James Lowe just as much as Leinster supporters will enjoy watching him next season.
The New Zealander scored his sixth try of the Super Rugby season against the Queensland Reds on Saturday.
Lowe benefited from some questionable tackling by Reds out-half Quade Cooper, though his side were already well behind at the time. After picking up the ball on the Reds' ten metre line, Lowe shook off the efforts of Cooper before leaving fullback Duncan Paia'aua on the deck.
The 24-year-old was dropped to the bench for last week's win against the Sunwolves after some under par performances in previous weeks. However, he came off the bench in that to set up Damian McKenzie for a try with a superb no-look pass.
Lowe's efforts off the bench were rewarded with a start on Saturday against the Reds.
