Munster's performance against Glasgow in the Champions Cup at Thomond Park was nothing short of spectacular.
Tries galore and a generally all-round excellent display led to a comprehensive victory on a day when emotions were high in the wake of Munster legend Anthony Foley's tragic passing.
Even Joey Barton, who is watching Munster these days instead of preparing to play in Old Firm games, was moved by the pre-match atmosphere.
Brilliant, moving send off for Anthony Foley today at Munster v Glasgow. #Class 👏🏻

And Munster's breathless first half display had them well on the way to victory, laying the base for their win.
Munster have no right to be playing this game, have no right to be leading 24-3, a man down. But, by Christ, they are.

You get the impression Munster could win this with 12 men today. Inspired.

Munster captain Peter O'Mahony was substituted in the second half after an immensely difficult week, and Munster finally began to hit a couple of speed bumps as Glasgow bagged a couple of tries. But nothing was going to stand in the way of a Munster win on this day of all days.
Feels like Munster of the mid-noughties. Glasgow like a demented granny in the truck headlights. Destruction inevitable #MUNvGLA
