For 80 minutes on Saturday evening, every Rugby World Cup viewer in Ireland turned Japanese as the Cherry Blossoms went toe to toe with South Africa.
Eddie Jones' side showed incredible mettle in twice turning down a kick at goal late in the game to draw it. Instead they went for win and were rewarded when Karne Hesketh crashed over the line.
Here's how Ireland reacted on Twitter to an historic victory.
Holy Christ! japan win it!

The sheer balls to turn down the kick twice. And the skill then to back that up. Sport.

The ability, fitness, power, desire and composure of Japan there was simply astonishing. Something you'd expect from All Blacks, not them.
