Luckily, the English are getting totally carried away after their win in Paris. Tom Croft's try (not even the best no 6 on the pitch on Saturday, let alone in the 6 Nations) is causing obscene erections left right and centre on the mainland.

But as usual, the weekend's bizarre internet rugby highlight comes courtesy of Gerry Thornley's video analysis on the Irish Times website. No matter what angle they use, Thornley still looks like he's just spent a week rummaging in a Fukushima reactor before being hung on a stick on told to talk into an iPhone.
