It took Ireland 14 minutes to open the scoring against Canada, but apart from that there wasn't a whole lot to be upset about as Joe Schmidt's side put 50 points on the scoreboard.
Despite an encouraging start to the tournament, one Ireland fan managed to find much to be irate about throughout the game.
Off The Ball's Nathan Murphy was situated close to the supporter during the clash and captured some audio of her encouragement for Seanie, Jamie and Paulie along with numerous disagreements with referee Glen Jackson.
Her indignation did not last a mere 64 seconds. When Jackson had the temerity to send Paul O'Connell to the bin early in the second half, the expletives flew.
"You're an arsehole, you're a prick, you're a c*nt" The girl behind me wasn't happy with that yellow for her beloved "Paulie" #IRE #RWC2015

Also it seems Jamie Heaslip does not top her list of favourite Ireland players.
Crazy fan update - "I don't know why Paulie doesn't just tell Heaslip to f*ck off, he's a complete waste of space" #IRE #RWC2015

Just as Joe Schmidt chose not to show Ireland's hand in the four warm-up games as well as yesterday, surely as a fan you've got to keep some of that passion/enmity in reserve for the later, more important fixtures.
