We know that Joe Schmidt doesn't like mistakes. Schmidt demands high standards, and preaches a highly accurate game.
Schmidt wants wingers who can chase and reclaim kicks, backrowers who can secure rucks, and players who take care of the ball.
Which is why these three stats from Opta of the World Cup that show Ireland at the top of the charts will please him no end:
92% - #IRE had the best tackle (92%), lineout (98%) & ruck (97%) success rates in the pool stages of #RWC2015. Drills pic.twitter.com/sRs7XwdF3s

It's no surprise with lineout expert Paul O'Connell, and 100 foot Devin Toner that Ireland have the best lineout of the tournament so far - but it's the tackle percentages and the ruck success rate that will please Schmidt.
Or maybe not.
You'd guess that Schmidt is the type of teacher who gets on his students about why they only got 99% in their tests.
That's extra training for you Devin.
