Joe Schmidt has named his side to play Australia on Saturday evening at the Aviva.
In total, he has made four changes to the starting XV which faced the All Blacks in Dublin last weekend.
After sustaining injuries during the weekend's loss, neither Johnny Sexton or Robbie Henshaw were available for selection. Their places in the starting lineup have been taken by Paddy Jackson and Garry Ringrose, respectively.
CJ Stander has recovered from the head injury which saw him depart Saturday's game after just 22 minutes.
Iain Henderson comes into the second row to replace Donnacha Ryan. Schmidt said this decision came down to Henderson being more fresh than Ryan. The Munster man started both games against the All Blacks and came off the bench against Canada.
The final change see Keith Earls replace Simon Zebo on the wing. Schmidt said that Zebo was still sore following Saturday's game and that, like with the Henderson over Ryan choice, Earls's freshness came into consideration. Zebo does feature among the replacements.
