Joe Schmidt has named close to his strongest lineup for Sunday's crunch Pool D clash with Italy at the Olympic Stadium.
Ireland can secure qualification to the quarter-finals with a victory over the Italians, and Schmidt has named a strong team that will see Ireland go into next week's game with France with the top seeding on the line.
Simon Zebo starts at fullback the week that his grandfather died, because of the glute injury to Rob Kearney. He's joined in the back three by Tommy Bowe and Dave Kearney.
Last week's hero Keith Earls moves into the centres, joining World Cup debutant Robbie Henshaw. Luke Fitzgerald will cover the outside backs from the bench.
The other big shout is the selection of Jack McGrath over Cian Healy at loosehead. Healy is selected on the bench, but McGrath's form is deemed more important for Schmidt in this match.
Iain Henderson gets the nod over Devin Toner to partner Paul O'Connell, and it looks like he could be the first choice lock for the rest of the tournament.
