Osprey second-row, Ian Evans, has received a 12-week ban for his stamp on Mike McCarthy during their game with Leinster on Friday night.
During a first half maul with McCarthy laying on the ground, Evans repeatedly used the boot on the Leinster player's head which left him seriously bloodied.
