Connacht got their Champions Cup campaign off to the best start with a dominant 36-9 win over Stade Francais in the wild wind at the Sportsground. Connacht were once again immense in wild conditions as Jack Carty ran the show at out-half.
Bundee Aki returns for Connacht as the Ireland international comes back from a knee injury. Keiron Marmion starts at scrum-half after coming off the bench last week. Dave Heffernan, Ultan Dillane and Finlay Bealham return to the starting lineup after missing last week. However, winger Mack Hansen also missed the last match through a calf injury, but Friend didn't seem as confident that he will be able to play on Sunday.

Their opponents Leicester are having a phenomenal season. The Tigers have 12 wins from 12 and they look like being a huge contender for the first time in a decade. They have a very powerful pack lead by Ellis Genge and former Munster centre Jaco Taute is also on the books.
Steve Borthwick has named Ben Youngs as captain of the side as he partner Freddie Burns in the half-backs. England internatinal freddie Steward starts on the wing after having a very impressive November with England.
